Located in financial district downtown, but on a quieter street off Bay & Adelaide/Richmond. Walk to everything- Eaton center, Canada’s top restaurants and award winning cafes, shops, and main tour destinations (see photos for map).

Coming for work? We are located just off the PATH; connect to Brookfield/TD Towers/First Canadian/Scotia Pl./CIBC/Exchange Tower/Etc.

Place is great for corporate and business travel given the location -or- for visitors who would prioritize location over space.

Professionally decorated to be beautiful & functional, the perfect downtown Toronto condo. 2 bedrooms.

Looking for an OFFICE? DESK? WORKSPACE? Let us know. For a one-time fee of $200CAD, we will be happy to equip your unit with a desk & chair for the full duration of your stay. We can either fit it around existing furniture, or unassemble one of the beds to make room. The fee is to help us cover the hours involved, cost of the items, store delivery fee, etc.

Guest Access

The whole condo is for your use only. No shared spaces.

Guests have access to wifi, a work space, a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and ensuite laundry in unit.

Interaction with guests

During your stay, from suggestions of places to go and things to do, to anything you may need to make your stay more enjoyable – don’t hesitate to reach out.

Other things to note

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN FEE: 10pm to midnight: $35 // After midnight: $50.
This is because someone will need to stay up to receive the building buzzer call, and keep in touch to ensure a smooth check-in. Thanks for your understanding.

GROCERIES: Quarantining? Need GROCERIES delivered? We can help- we will receive your online order for you and bring them to your suite, before or after your arrival. Let us know! It’s important to note that grocery deliveries in Toronto are not to your unit/apt door, but only to the building entrance. Buildings will not receive groceries or any food as “packages”, nor will they allow delivery people past the lobby. But we are here to help!

SHORT TERM CAR RENTAL: We are offering a brand new 2020 Tesla Model 3 for lease on Turo, a car sharing platform (“airbnb for cars”). If you need a rental car, whether its for 1 day, 1 week, etc, you can book our Tesla through the platform- send us a message to receive all of the details! The car can be dropped off to you. You will be able to self/contactless pick up the car. All insurances are available through Turo.

AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED:
All guests will be required to e-sign an Indemnity Agreement and Terms of the rental. It will be emailed to you upon booking. The Indemnity Agreement will serve as a contractual agreement made between you (the guests) and us (the hosts) regarding potential damages. Only the guest who makes the booking will be required to sign, and it’s all set up for e-signing for your convenience.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING ON REQUEST:
A cleaning crew can be booked for you, to service the unit during your stay.
The cost is $95 + HST. You must provide a 5 hour window that unit will be unoccupied. You may keep your belonging in the unit. The cleaning pro will come with own keys and lock up afterwards.
Services include:
– replacing all linen with new professionally laundered & pressed linen
– drying & folding of towels (washer must be started w towels due to time constraints)
– vacuuming & cleaning of all floors
– deep clean of bathrooms
– taking out garbage
– general cleaning

MANDATORY CLEANS: If you are staying for more than 2 weeks, we require a mandatory clean, every 14 days. It is $95+HST(13% tax), but we will cover 25% for you. So the total price will be $80cad for you. This is for your comfort & convenience. It will be set up as beautifully as you found it initially- deep clean of bathroom and all floors, new sheets & towels, and more.
