Two bedrooms plus a large den used as a 3rd room, plus two full bathrooms.

Beds: Queen bed in bedroom 1, double bed in bedroom 2, queen sofa bed in den, and queen sofa bed in living room.

  • PETS Well-trained dogs are allowed for $35CAD/pet/week, or a one-time $100/pet fee. We only allow declawed cats.

Guest Access

You’ll enjoy access to an equipped kitchen with all the appliances, in-suite washer/dryer, and a private balcony! With a large grocery store just a couple buildings away (open until 12am weekdays), and a selection of delicious restaurants (perfect for late-night cravings!) within walking distance, everything you could ask for is right at your fingertips.

Traveling with a dog? Please request. There is an off-leash dog park across the street!

Other things to note

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN FEE: 10pm to midnight: $30 // After midnight: $50.
This is because someone will need to stay up to receive the building buzzer call, and keep in touch to ensure a smooth check-in. Thanks for your understanding.

AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED:
All guests will be required to e-sign an Indemnity Agreement and Terms of the rental. It will be emailed to you upon booking. The Indemnity Agreement will serve as a contractual agreement made between you (the guests) and us (the hosts) regarding potential damages. Only the guest who makes the booking will be required to sign, and it’s all set up for e-signing for your convenience.

GROCERIES: Quarantining? Need GROCERIES delivered? We can help- we will receive your online order for you and bring them to your suite, before or after your arrival. Let us know! It’s important to note that grocery deliveries in Toronto are not to your unit/apt door, but only to the building entrance. Buildings will not receive groceries or any food as “packages”, nor will they allow delivery people past the lobby. But we are here to help!

SHORT TERM CAR RENTAL: We are offering a brand new 2020 Tesla Model 3 for lease on Turo, a car sharing platform (“airbnb for cars”). If you need a rental car, whether its for 1 day, 1 week, etc, you can book our Tesla through the platform- send us a message to receive all of the details! The car can be dropped off to you. You will be able to self/contactless pick up the car. All insurances are available through Turo.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING ON REQUEST:
A cleaning crew can be booked for you, to service the unit during your stay.
The cost is $95 + HST. You must provide a 5 hour window that unit will be unoccupied. You may keep your belonging in the unit. The cleaning pro will come with own keys and lock up afterwards.
Services include:
– replacing all linen with new professionally laundered & pressed linen
– drying & folding of towels (washer must be started w towels due to time constraints)
– vacuuming & cleaning of all floors
– deep clean of bathrooms
– taking out garbage
– general cleaning

MANDATORY CLEANS: If you are staying for more than 2 weeks, we require a mandatory clean, every 14 days. It is $95+HST(13% tax), but we will cover 25% for you. So the total price will be $80cad for you. This is for your comfort & convenience. It will be set up as beautifully as you found it initially- deep clean of bathroom and all floors, new sheets & towels, and more.

    Large well appointed place with multiple sleeping configurations available in the bedrooms, den and living room couch. Bathrooms are clean and they are plenty of linens for the beds and towels. Kitchen has all the utensils required to prepare all kinds of meals. Jo was easy to communicate with and responsive providing very clear details for easy check in.

    This unit is wonderful- Location is great, you can walk to most attractions/meetings on foot. Unit is really beautiful, comfortable & super clean. Its also a pretty large space for downtown. Host is quick and helpful! I’d definitely recommend and would book again ASAP!

    Really wonderful space located in the heart of Toronto. You are never far from anything. The place itself is beautiful, there’s Netflix and wifi available, fresh towels and clean sheets, and the place is very clean all together. An added bonus is the coffee machine and coffee pods stocked for guests. I really enjoyed my stay, the hosts are quick to respond and communicate. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

    APARTMENT Jo’s apartment is as truthful as shown in the photos: modern, neat, clean and beautiful. The beds are soft, warm and comfortable; the sheets clean and fresh – all of these making the bed perfect for Canadian winters. The kitchen is new and fully functional, certainly up to task if you want to entertain yourself with your own cooking. The bathrooms are clean and brightly lit. HOST I’ve never met Jo as she was on a trip to visit Asia. Despite the fact that Jo gave me her property manager’s contact info, Jo herself ended up communicating to me throughout pretty much the whole time. She was very responsive, friendly and upfront. I forgot to book a parking spot until I got the car. Jo was in Asia and she was able to get me one, after 24 hours. Very effective communicator. TRANSPORTATION & ACCESSIBILY I drive. But for those who prefer public transit, the apartment is sandwiched between two major streets (Bathurst & Spadina), which makes it very easy to go anywhere in the city. Both streets buses/streetcars take you straight to the subway stations. And from there, you can go pretty much anywhere with speed and ease. LOCATION The apartment is located very close to the entertainment district, Chinatown, CN Tower, financial district, and downtown core, just to name a few. OVERALL: My wife and I and our three college-age kids decided to spend our holidays in Toronto and the place was perfect. We would comeback to stay at Jo’s place again.
